Your holiday home in top condition
As the owner of a holiday home in Spain, it is a nice idea that your home is well taken care of when you are not there. From a weekly or monthly check to maintenance of the garden or swimming pool: we ensure that your home is and remains in top condition. In addition, you will have access to your own personal online environment in which we keep you informed of our activities.

Communication with Spanish companies
When purchasing a vacation home, or after the purchase, you deal with many Spanish authorities and companies.
The language barrier, different customs, and local regulations can be a challenge.
As your local expert, we ensure communication with companies and authorities runs smoothly. We know the language, customs, and rules inside out.
We can also help with the translation of documents.
Weekly or monthly property check
We keep a close eye on your property when you are not there. Weekly, twice a month, or monthly. During the check we inspect windows and doors, flush the taps, and keep the home free of unwanted odors during dry spells or heavy rainfall. We also check the wifi, TV connection, alarm, and mailbox.
Property check 1 x per month, consisting of:
- visual inspection of the property, terrace, and/or garden
- airing the property, opening windows and doors
- flushing taps and toilets
- checking wifi, alarm and/or camera, and TV connections
- pest control check
- checking lighting and electricity
- emptying the mailbox
Price based on a property with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; from 950,- euros excl. VAT per year.
Property check 2 x per month, consisting of:
- visual inspection of the property, terrace, and/or garden
- airing the property, opening windows and doors
- flushing taps and toilets
- checking wifi, alarm and/or camera, and TV connections
- pest control check
- checking lighting and electricity
- emptying the mailbox
Price based on a property with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; from 1,550,- euros excl. VAT per year.
Property check 1 x per week, consisting of:
- visual inspection of the property, terrace, and/or garden
- airing the property, opening windows and doors
- flushing taps and toilets
- checking wifi, alarm and/or camera, and TV connections
- pest control check
- checking lighting and electricity
- emptying the mailbox
Price based on a property with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, over 48 weeks; from 2,950,- euros excl. VAT per year.
Maintenance of balcony, garden, or swimming pool
Your garden is an extension of your vacation home. Based on the size and layout of your terrace and/or garden, we create a tailored maintenance plan.
This includes sweeping leaves and dust, watering plants, mowing the lawn, weeding, pruning, and cleaning the swimming pool.
Minor and major renovations
Is it time for a new bathroom or a kitchen update in your vacation home? We are your eyes and ears on location and ensure the renovation runs smoothly.
We work closely with reliable local construction companies and keep you continuously informed of all developments.
Styling
With the right styling and furnishing, your vacation home becomes a true second residence. We have experience with the complete interior design of vacation homes, but we can also take care of part of it for you. From purchasing tableware and bed linen to painting and wallpapering, or hanging artwork and lights.
Groceries before arrival
A fully stocked fridge and pantry when you arrive at your vacation home? Share your shopping list with us and we take care of the rest. We are happy to visit the supermercado or your favorite specialty store. Now that is a great way to start your vacation!
Maintenance and repairs
Every home requires maintenance, and a temporarily vacant property often seems to need even more attention. We handle maintenance and any necessary repairs, so your vacation home stays in top condition.
Cleaning and laundry
Nothing beats arriving at a clean vacation home with freshly washed sheets on the beds. We take care of the cleaning before your arrival, so you can start your vacation right away. Heading home? Just pull the door shut behind you. We handle the rest. From vacuuming and mopping to washing bed linen, emptying the dishwasher, or cleaning the windows. We put together a personal quote based on the size of your home and your wishes.
Call outs
We manage the keys to your vacation home. Does someone need access to your property while you are not there? Or have you forgotten or lost your keys? It is reassuring to know we are nearby. Call us and we handle the rest.
Getting your terrace ready for spring
Spain is all about outdoor living. And that calls for a spotless terrace. Leave it to us. We clean the furniture until it shines and bring your terrace to life with fresh flowers and plants. Are your outdoor furniture pieces due for replacement? We can style your terrace with new furniture.
Car service
Do you own a car in Spain or are you looking to import a foreign vehicle into Spain? In partnership with our partner Comfort Car Care, we provide the best services for your car. Parking with airport service (your car is stored safely in a secured parking facility with alarm), inspections, repairs, and detailing are also available. Ask us about the options.

Mid-stay cleaning
