Weekly or monthly check of your home

We keep a finger on the pulse when you are not there. Weekly, twice a month or monthly. During the check we check the windows and doors and flush the taps. This way we keep the house free of unwanted odours during drought or heavy rainfall. We also check the wifi, TV connection, alarm and letterbox.

Maintenance of balcony, garden or swimming pool

The garden is an extension of your holiday home. Based on the size and layout of your terrace and/or garden, we create a customised maintenance plan. Think of sweeping leaves and dust, watering plants, mowing the lawn, weeding, pruning and cleaning the swimming pool.

Small and large renovations

Is it time for a new bathroom or an update to the kitchen of your holiday home? We are your eyes and ears on location and ensure that the renovation runs smoothly. We work closely with reliable local construction companies and keep you continuously informed of the developments.

Styling

With the right styling and furnishing, your holiday home will truly become a second home. We have experience with the complete furnishing of holiday homes, but we can also take a part off your hands. From purchasing tableware and bed linen to painting and wallpapering or hanging paintings and lamps.

Pre-arrival shopping

A well-stocked fridge and pantry upon arrival at your holiday home? Give us your shopping list and we will take care of the rest. We will gladly go to the supermercado or your favourite specialist shop for you. That is a great way to start your holiday!

Maintenance and repairs

Every house needs maintenance and sometimes it seems like a (temporarily) vacant house needs even more maintenance. We take care of maintenance and any repairs. So that your holiday home is and remains in top condition.

Cleaning and washing

There is nothing as nice as arriving in a clean holiday home with freshly washed sheets on the beds. We take care of the cleaning before arrival, so that you can start your holiday straight away. Back home? All you have to do is close the door behind you. We take care of the rest. From vacuuming and mopping to washing the bed linen, emptying the dishwasher or cleaning the windows. We make a personal quote based on the size of the home and your wishes.

Call outs or calls

We manage the keys to your holiday home. Does someone need access to your home, but you are not there? Or have you forgotten or lost your keys? Then it is a comforting idea that we are nearby. Call us and we will take care of the rest.

Make your terrace spring-ready

Spain is all about outdoor living. That includes a spotless terrace. Leave that to us. We will make the furniture sparkling clean and make your terrace bloom with new flowers and plants. Is your terrace furniture due for replacement? Then we can style your terrace with new furniture.

Car service

Do you have a car here in Spain or do you want to import a foreign car into Spain? In collaboration with our partner Comfort Car Care we provide the best services for your car. Also a parking space with airport service (the car is then safely in a closed parking with alarm), inspections, repairs and detailing are possible. Ask us about the possibilities.
